Converting Outlook Files to Outlook 365 using Native Solution

Select ImportàI import PST files from the Security and Compliance panel, then click on Information Governance.


Select option+New Import Job from the drop-down menu. Click on the chosen PST import task name.


Choose After that, click Next to upload your data. Get the SAS URL and the Azure tool from the new website.


Enter the actual PST Network path, paste the copied SAS URL, and the location to save the log file in the command to export the Outlook PST file to the AzCopy tool.

The PST file is temporarily uploaded to the Azure site after it is executed.

Method 3: Convert Outlook Files to Outlook 365


Outlook Import/Export is a tool that allows you to import and export data from Outlook.

In the system, open the Microsoft Outlook email program. Select File–> Open & Export–> Import/Export from the File menu.

Select the Outlook data file (.pst) option on the new import a file window and click Next.

Select do not import duplicates, then proceed to the next step and finish.

The first step in an IMAP migration is to verify the domain and create users in Office 365. A CVS file with an email address, username, and password must also be created by the user.
